FOUNDER

ANTHONY HERLIHY

Founder and Principal

Anthony (Tony) Herlihy is the founder and Principle of Spiritus Invictus Group, LLC, a strategic planning and capture management firm that is focused on helping Government contractors, identify, qualify and win new Government contracts.

Profile:

  • 22 years military | combat experience as a U.S. Marine Infantry, Reconnaissance, and Special Operations Officer.  Deep mission understanding enabling winning industry solution offerings

  • 17 years defense industry experience leading operations, business development, capture and account management experience.

  • 39 years of professional relationships interwoven across military, government, and industry partners enabling opportunity, customer, technology, teaming, and competitive understanding

 

Before devoting his work fulltime to Spiritus Invictus Group, Tony served as Vice President of Operations for Centurum Incorporated, and previously as Vice President of Business Development for Science Applications Interational Corporations (SAIC) Navy and Marine Corps Business Unit and as the corporate USMC and Special Operations Account Manager.  In his role as Vice President of Business Development, Tony served as the overall Business Development growth lead for a $XXXM operational account. Tony led a team of Business Development professionals responsible for opportunity identification, qualification and growth across a robust pipeline in excess of $XB. Additionally, Tony was responsible for strategic capture pursuits in the Navy and Marine Corps Group and Special Operations Account markets executing key activities including: customer relationship building, developing customer engagement strategies, conducting competitive intelligence analysis, forming large and complex teams, defining pursuit solutions (technical, management approach and price to win), identification and coordination of capture teams and proposal staffs.
